The Logis de France quality

The Logis de France chain offers you their special brand of quality with emphasis on a warm welcome, excellent food and local specialities, as well as comfortable accommodation.
To guarantee this, the chain has set up particularly rigorous control mechanisms:
- A grading scale comprising more than 200 criteria for establishing the correct category for each establishment, using 1, 2 or 3 fireplaces.
- A system for the inspection of establishments carried out by completely independent outside agencies.
- A Follow-up Quality Service charged with gathering customers' comments, both compliments and complaints.

In 2004, the National Federation of Logis de France establishments was awarded the quality certificate ISO 9001, by the certifying authority SQS.


This award is the customer's guarantee of the expertise and conscientiousness that the Federation brings to the awarding, monitoring and developing of the Logis de France label!
